1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the User on the home4d platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by home4d to Users.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by the User into their home4d Account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Game" includes all betting, gaming, and gambling products available on the home4d platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, togel (Indonesia's traditional lottery game), sabung ayam (cockfighting), table games, and other entertainment products.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" means the official currency of Indonesia, denoted as Rp.
• "Platform" refers to the home4d website, mobile applications, and all associated services.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from the User's Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use home4d services, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or equivalent government-issued identification.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account with home4d, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one Account per person. Multiple or duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure.
• Notify home4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

home4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud. You may be asked to provide:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP) or passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months.
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document next to your face.
• Additional documentation as deemed necessary by our compliance team.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused until verification is successfully completed.

2.4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using home4d services:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Employees, agents, or contractors of home4d or its affiliated companies.
• Individuals who have been previously excluded or banned from home4d or other gambling platforms.
• Persons acting on behalf of others or using another person's identity.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

home4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Local Banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion is not available.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary by payment provider.
• home4d does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• home4d reserves the right to reject deposits from any source suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours during business hours, depending on verification status and transaction volume.
• You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your Account has not completed KYC verification or if additional security checks are required.
• home4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Any bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

home4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions will be investigated, and Accounts may be frozen pending the outcome of such investigations. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to verified Accounts in good standing.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is typically 20x to 35x the bonus amount, though specific promotions may vary. Wagering contributions differ by game type:

• Sports betting: 100% contribution (minimum odds apply).

4.3 Bonus Abuse

home4d strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or employing strategies designed solely to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before submission.
• home4d reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or fraud.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout amounts apply and vary by game type and Account status.
• Bets placed on outcomes that have already occurred or been determined are void.

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body.
• If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, specific rules apply depending on the sport and bet type (detailed in our sportsbook rules).
• Live betting odds are subject to rapid change based on match developments.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes.
• Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of game rounds.
• Disconnections during gameplay: if your connection drops during a game round, the round continues to completion according to the game rules, and results are recorded in your Account history.

5.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited on home4d:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place wagers.
• Collusion with other players or syndicates.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting across multiple platforms.
• Any form of fraudulent, abusive, or irregular betting patterns.

Violation of these rules will result in Account suspension, bet voidance, and confiscation of winnings.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Limitations of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.

• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your Account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the home4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of home4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from home4d.

9. Amendments to Terms

home4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

home4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You fail to complete Account verification when requested.
• You engage in prohibited betting practices or bonus abuse.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding confiscated funds from rule violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal terms and verification requirements.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the home4d Platform shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through support channels, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration standards.
